Shipping and Returns

UK SHIPPING

I aim to dispatch your item(s) within 5 working days of receiving your payment.

Orders are sent either with Royal Mail or Parcelforce Express24 with full insurance. Cost is calculated based on weight at checkout.

If your purchase gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout you will be asked to pay for redelivery.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I currently only ship within the UK as standard. Please get in touch if you have any commission requests and we can discus delivery costs.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery, provided the item is returned undamaged and in original saleable condition. 

All returns are sent back at the customer’s own cost and own risk. A full refund, minus my original postage costs, will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.

Items may be returned if they are faulty or damaged. In the unlikely event that this happens please notify me within 7 days of receiving your goods.
